Fall back Obstetrician/Gynecologist

This whole project is pretty complex, I can see.  It has its bad days.   Life!

I am seriously giving thought to making a project plan. Some sort of a Gant chart with miles stones.  Weeks  can be  minor milestone and every trimester, major milestone. The expected date of delivery will be the ‘Going Live’  part of the project.  Like a product launch! Splash in the market..

'Ladies and gentleman, I am proud to present…ET!'

Anyway, we have decided that Ingrid must change hospitals.  Al Raffah, is not bad..but!

We are not making any snap decisions here.  It has been on our minds and it was decided within the rules of democracy.  Ingrid and I got one(1) vote each.  And ET can veto.   It was a resounding victory for change. A landslide, I must say.  ET, did not use the Veto rights.  StarCare UK is the winner.

Just called them.  How wonderful, they give me the option to choose the doctor.  They have two Obstetrician/Gynecologists.  One is from Iraq.  The other from India.  Like a fall back system.  One fails, the other kicks in.

I got both their names down and said would get back in 5 minutes.  Thought I’d do a quick check on their credentials and their certification bodies etc.  Ah..how blissful!  The thought that anything can be verified with the technology we have.   And, I think Dr. B.K the Indian,  is who we will see.   I even found a blog post that she has written.  It is titled ‘OXYTOCIN – THE FEEL GOOD HORMONE’.   I have been reading about Oxytocin myself, in the recent past.  And, they are amazing hormones.  It is the kind of hormone that makes you want to stand up, hold hands with your neighbor and sing, ‘We are the world’! It might even  make you feel that you are Lionel Richie (That is the down side of it!).

Appointment fixed for 9.40am on 21st February.  Tuesday it is.  ET will be 10 weeks and 3 days old.

Starcare has a coffee shop!
